Arezo grasped onto her dear friend's shoulders as they took to the sky on his evimeroite, Raiden. The sun had just set, and city patrol were on strong lookout.

"There's a ship leaving Iedenfera really soon, Rez, you can leave this place." Trell spoke as he reigned Raiden higher and above the water towards a dock. "I don't want them hurting you."

Arezo understood, but she stayed quiet.

She had done something unforgivable, but it had been an accident. Patrol didn't agree, and didn't care. That was why Trell offered to help.

"Here we are." A sound of buzzing lifted from below, and they noticed the giant door beginning to raise slowly.

Trell led Raiden down and glided across the water towards the giant door.

"Rezzo," he began, "ya gotta jump ok?"

Arezo looked at him, "What?"

"You heard me, I'll be fine, but you have to go."

Arezo grasped onto him like a young child. How could she leave her closest friend, and secret love behind? She would probably never even see him again if she left.

They neared the port, Raiden's fur blended against the sky, making them stealth.

"OK Rez, you gotta jump." He looked behind at her, she refused to let go, and they missed the jump.

"What are you doing?!" He asked sternly as they began to circle the enourmous spacecraft.

"I-I..." She paused and thought, "I hesitated, sorry..."

He sighed, "It's ok, but this is your last shot ok?"

Arezo nodded, she could feel that saddened lump building up in the back of her throat. Please go with me... She thought.

But as soon as she knew it, they reached her qeue again.

She readed herself as Raiden glided smoothly.

"GO!"

And she jumped.

The fall was long, but she ended up tumbling through the doors, moments before it clicked shut. Then she was filled in darkness. Her body ached from the impact, but that wasn't her concern.

Arezo ran past the different crates and bags as a humming rumbled her feet.

Finally she took a left and climbed the stairs to a deck with a window. Tears were building up in her eyes as she began to flow into the realization of what had happened. Dammit... Dammit Arezo why? You didn't even say goodbye.

She looked out the window noticing Trell gliding by, he noticed her and looked up, he looked just as sad as her, but that was when she began to cry.

She pressed her face to the glass helplessly as the ship began to rise, her body shaking in remorse. It wasn't even me. She thought. I don't deserve this.

A hint of anger overpassed her, but the tears continued while Trell went out of view for the last time. And that was it.

Yeah sorry for the short story, I guess it was an easier explanation for this 'scene'

Like I always do, I like to create detailed backstories to my characters, n Arezo is my concern right now

I also wanted to shed some light on her backstory concerning Trell, and explaining why she is the way she is now, all downdrawn and Isolated with annoyance mixed in. She likes watching people suffer like she does

I haven't really drawn a fullbody version of Trell, but he had alot of the same markings as Rez, just with a greyscale sceme, two lines under his eyes, and a ringtail.

As for the pic itself, I've been up all night workin on it, I wish I had this motivation all the time

Anyways, critique is appreciated ;D Both on the drawing, and the writing (Although I really just wrote the lil' story right onto these artist's comments so it was a little rushed and not looked over XD)
