Aleria Contest Entry

Decided to get this done today so I can focus on CC and CM again, cause damn, this took awhile ;A;

I doubt I'll win this thing because my quick ideas are pretty lame, but I don't really care cause I'm happy with how this turned out!

Holiday:

I'm not really sure how the Alerian planet orbit paths work, but considering Aleria is a 'chain of planets' that being side by side could prove something moderately significant.

So Aleria could (or did) celebrate the alignment of the planets as a linking between each province as some kind of harmonic ritual that is a very rare occasion. (Excuse me while I go try and make sense of this paragraph.)

Each time the chain of planets align Aleria could host festivals all throughout each city to honor the occasions. I assume they would have better luck at a successful party in the past rather... In present time Aleria

Well, like I said, that idea sucked, but I started the drawing and figured I might as well finish it. Most of it was experimentation on backgrounds and lighting.

And, Arezo, normally being a street performer for Arty on Aleria, she could probably make good moneys scaring little children with fire dragons!

Also, fireworks are hard.
